The Pole

from $250.00

There’s an illusion of safety around the pole. There’s proximity to the shore, which is real, but an invisible line runs from it to the next pole, a few hundred meters further along. Inside this line feels, well, safe. But outside this line you feel the pull of the ocean like standing a cliff edge. It feels open and endless, drawing you outwards, and kind’a scary. Touching the pole feels like success though. No matter what the day brings, at least you touched the pole.

Call or email if you’d like to chat about the pole, scary things or anything els- like how you’d love this in print but would like a different size than offered here. It’s all do-able. (It looks fantastic printed big btw). Ph: (61) 407686678 Email: jason@jasonreekie.com
